- Lead the development of operation processes to make all marketing operations simplified and standardized.
- Monitor the budget planning at marketing cross-teams level and give a head-up appropriately to make smoother booking process monthly and annually.
- Offer meaningful insights and improving idea that can be leveraged in operation and strategy, by observing and handling budgeting direction together with Marketing Strategy & Ops Director, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide support to data analysis, data entry, purchase order creation/reconciliation and financial oversight of marketing team and report it in appropriate timing.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of activities within Growth marketing activities.
- Gather and present data-backed insights, optimization recommendations, and key learnings to internal and external partners, seeking for growth opportunities.
- Provide proactive supporting analysis for highly strategic areas to contribute to business growth.
- Lead operational excellence not solely to the Japanese market, but also to the global potential markets by building up the consolidating global-level operation practices.
