- ソフトウェアエンジニアとして3年以上の就業経験
- REST API、CI/CD、パブリッククラウド (AWS、GCP、Azure)、React.jsなどのフロントエンドフレームワーク、データベース、その他一般的なソフトウェア開発に関する技術的な知識を持ち合わせており、必要に応じて使い分けることができること
- 日本語と英語でコミュニケーションが円滑にとれること
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- マネジメント経験(査定、採用面接、粗利計算等の事業KPIモニタリングなど)
- SIer等のソフトウェア開発企業でのプロジェクトリーダー経験
- スタートアップ等急成長企業で事業及び組織の急拡大を牽引した経験
