- Lead projects to investigate barriers harming commercial efficiency and resolve barrier into smaller issues to solve closely working with commercial teams (sales and marketing) and other partners across company.
- Drive establishing mechanisms (IT, operations workflow, process) to enable commercial functionality for execution.
- Drive intelligent based decision-making process with having solid understanding of business strategy.
- Optimize prioritization for initiatives and manage conflicts working with key partners in the company.
- Experience leading projects of Business Process Re-engineering
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Japanese)

- Experience influencing key stakeholders in a matrix organization.
