    In your new role you will:代理店ビジネスを担当する Inside Sales チームをリードしていただきます

    • セールスオペレーション業務全般の計画、実行 ‒Design Registration Approval & Reporting, Demand Creation & Opportunity Tracking 関連業務 ‒Sales Forecast Update ‒PCN(Process Change Notice) Notification & Approval Tracking ‒Export Control関連申請 ‒サンプルオーダー 代理店からのInquiry 対応
    • プロセス・ツールの導入、運用
    • 代理店トレーニングおよびサポート
    • 各種KPIレポート作成、データ集計、分析
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT N1)
      Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill, JLTPN1(Required)
    • 英語語学力(TOEIC700以上) / Business English skill
      (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference)
    • Inside Sales 又はカスタマーサービス 又は 営業サポート 経験 3年以上
    • People Management 経験3年以上
    • PC スキル(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
    • チームワーカー / Team Working
    • Bachelor/ Master's degree / 学士、修士
