    説明
    セントラルオペレーションは、当社の配達ビジネスであるAmazon Logistics (AMZL) の新しい取り組みです。急速に拡大している物流の最後の区間、ラストマイルネットワークを運営するためのOperationを構築します。セントラルオペレーションは、注文数の予測や配送ドライバー台数の計画、運用方法を改革していくことを目指した、AMZLの要となる重要な取り組みです。
    本positionはAmazonの配達区域における配送効率やコストを改善するためのチームをリードし、またAMZLネットワークを拡大するために必要なプログラムを調整していただきます。
    イノベーションと問題解決に情熱を持ち、世界最高レベルの顧客体験を創造する能力を持つArea Managerを募集しています。

    業務内容
    - Programの計画立案
    - Shift Operation管理、業務割当管理
    - Stakeholder (Delivery Associates/Delivery Service Providers/Station Managers/Customer Service Associatesなど) と連携をはかりながら、Program全体をControl、および推進し、Operationの定着化を行う
    - Programの課題、リスク、変更管理、および予算のControl
    - Operationsの現状分析や改善施策の検討、課題設定、仮説の構築・検証
    - 直属部下の人事管理

    責任範囲
    - AMZLの関係者との信頼関係を構築する
    - 複数の部門と協力し結果を出す
    - 顧客満足度を守りながら、配送速度の向上に重点を置いたProgramに取り組む
    - 担当するProgramにおいて、標準化されたProcessの管理、および既存のProcessの改善を行う
    - 新しい業務Processを関係者へ期日内に伝達し、全ての拠点で標準化されたProcessを計画通り確実に実行する
    - 継続的に当該業務Processが適用されているよう評価する

    将来的には、Program Managerとしての管理・推進能力の向上だけではなく、AMZLネットワークの構築を通して、より実践的な経験を積むことが可能です。AMZLネットワークを構成するラストマイルの知識を体系的に理解することができます。

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
    - English and Japanese as Basic qualification

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
