• English This AI venture was founded in 2016 by CEOs and CTOs from BCG. With a mission to "create a new vision for all industries" and "bridge technology and business," the company leverages machine learning technology to address challenges, co-develop technology, and support new businesses and overall DX initiatives for client companies, particularly focusing on core processes with high uniqueness and profitability. Using cutting-edge machine learning technology originating from academia and deep understanding of business environments and AI implementation, the company develops and provides custom AI solutions to solve challenges that are difficult to achieve with off-the-shelf products. What sets us apart among the many AI ventures is our focus on "new businesses" and "research and development products aimed at application to services" within client companies. We undertake numerous projects aimed at creating new value that does not currently exist, which cannot be achieved with existing solutions or standardized approaches.

Roles and Responsibility

ソリューションデザイナは、ミッションの一つである「テクノロジーとビジネスを、つなぐ」ための当社ならではのポジションです。AIをビジネスで実用化していく上で不可欠な人材であり、「ビジネス」「機械学習・AI」双方の知識を持って、クライアント企業の課題解決・共同開発・新規事業や全社DXを推進します。ソリューションデザイナの主な役割は、コンサルティング・AIに関する知見をもとにAI関連のプロジェクトの提案およびプロジェクトマネージャーになります。中でもシニアソリューションデザイナはプロジェクトの推進に加え、クライアント企業のアカウントマネジメントや当社におけるソリューションデザイン部門と関連部門の組織作り、協業先企業との事業検討など、より高い責任を担っていただきます。

The Solution Designer is a unique position in our company to "connect technology and business," which is one of our missions.They are indispensable for the practical application of AI in business, and with their knowledge of both "business" and "machine learning/AI," they promote problem solving, joint development, new business, and company-wide DX for our clients.The main role of a Solution Designer is to propose and project manage AI-related projects based on their knowledge of consulting and AI.In particular, the Senior Solution Designer will take on higher responsibilities such as account management of client companies, organization of the Solution Design Department and related departments in the company and business discussions with collaborating companies, in addition to project promotion.

Planning and proposal sales to win orders for AI-based projects

Minimum Requirements

(2)大手事業会社におけるデータ活用にかかわる企画・事業開発(主担当、課長級以上を想定)
(3)機械学習の開発プロジェクトの主担当(AIベンチャー、大手コンサル、大手事業会社、大手SIerなどにおいて)
(4)データサイエンス案件でのリーダークラス(目安5年以上を想定)

• 大企業向けBtoB営業やアカウントマネジメント
• メンバーのマネジメント(管理/育成)
• 小規模組織の組織づくり/改善

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary: 12,000, ,000,000 JPY・based on experience, ability, and previous work experience・Determined based on skills, experience, and ability

・Includes a deemed overtime allowance of approximately 23 hours per month
