• English here In this position, you will specialize in the entertainment industry, driving the adoption of AI solutions and creating new value. Job responsibilities:
  • Proposal and planning of AI solutions.
  • Product development.
  • Management and operation of the developed products.
  • Project management and team leadership.
  Our engineering team includes world champions from online computer competitions and highly skilled individuals. You will have the opportunity to create an environment where each member can leverage their unique skills and contribute to projects. You can also engage in discussions with engineers early on to determine the feasibility, complexity, and time required for proposed solutions, allowing us to be flexible in meeting customer expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 6,500, ,500,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
• Bonus paid twice a year (August, February)
• Monthly Salary:
  • A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided, regardless of the presence of overtime work.
  • Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.
  • In the event that our mutual discussion following the interview results in the adoption of a fixed overtime system, a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20-45 hours will be provided.

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour break included)

• 8 hour work days
• Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available, subject to prior approval. (Core hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Annual Holidays: Regular days off every week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, and other days designated by the company.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service (increasing with years of service, up to a maximum of 23 days).
• Other Leaves: Special leave upon joining, year-end and New Year leave, special leave for illness, and bereavement leave are available.

Probation: 3 months
