    Our company, established on March 11, 2022, by multiple publishing houses and trading companies, focuses on two main businesses: AI publishing and distribution optimization solutions, and RFID solutions. We aim to enhance and utilize data in the publishing industry through these endeavors.We will leverage digital transformation (DX) to address structural challenges within the publishing industry from innovative perspectives. The publishing industry faces several structural challenges that urgently need improvement. Through the application of DX, we will tackle these challenges from fresh angles. Furthermore, we aim to encourage the widespread adoption of our new technologies among publishers, bookstores, and distribution companies, contributing to the transformation of the entire publishing distribution into a sustainable model. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable reading environment where people can discover a wide range of appealing publications at storefronts.

      • Project management (budget, progress, issues, quality) *Assumption of collaboration with vendors
      Features of Business Division To realize sustainable publishing distribution, we provide optimization services for the entire supply chain using DX. Although it is a challenging position with many stakeholders including publishers, distributors, and bookstores, including coordination, it is a very rewarding position where you can reform the supply chain from upstream to downstream in a single step.     Minimum Requirements

    ・AIシステムにおける開発チームのマネジメント経験(5~10名程度)及びベンダーコントロールの経験
    ・予算、進捗、課題、品質管理経験
    ・システム導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
    ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

    • English
      • Experience in AI system development team management (5-10 people) and vendor control
      • Experience in budget, progress, issue and quality management
      • Experience in project management for system implementation
      • Business level Japanese

    Preferred Requirements

    ・複数ベンダーが関与するシステム導入プロジェクトのPM経験
    ・システム導入のコンサルティング経験

    • English
      • PM experience in system implementation projects involving multiple vendors
      • System implementation consulting experience

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment type: Permanent

    Location: Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku, Uchikanda

    Annual Salary: TBA ~ 15M JPY

    Hours: 9:00~17:30 (Break time: 1hour)

    ・Remote work available (Home / Satellite office)

    ・Two days off per week
