- English This department is responsible for developing and executing long-term business and organizational growth plans, as well as formulating corporate strategies and overall business plans. It collaborates with various operational departments to gather insights, facilitate communication, and address challenges. Additionally, it shares the vision of the management team with department heads and managers, providing support for decision-making and execution in operational activities. You will be entrusted with strategic initiatives critical for the company's growth, ranging from information gathering necessary for mid-to-long-term growth strategies to strategic planning and implementation of cross-functional projects of high importance across the entire organization. - Core time from 11:00 - 15:00

小型SAR衛星の開発・運用からコンステレーションを構築しデータを生成し提供しています。また独自のデータ解析能力を用いて世界が抱える様々な課題に対して、データに基づいたソリューションを提供しています。
主な事業内容は、小型SAR衛星と関連システムの開発・製造・打上を通じた衛星コンステレーションの運用と、その取得データの販売、そしてデータ解析ソリューションの開発・販売です。
Roles and Responsibility
経営戦略や全社の事業計画の策定および、長期的な事業と組織の成長に責任をもって企画・実行する部門。各オペレーション部門と横断的にやり取りを行い、課題の収集や意思疎通を行う。また、経営陣の描く将来像を各部門の責任者やマネージャーと共有し、現場のオペレーションにおける意思決定や実行の支援を行う。
全社横断の重要度の高いプロジェクトの実施や、中長期の成長戦略に必要な情報収集から戦略立案など、会社の成長に必要なあらゆる戦略的な動きをお任せします。
