    Roles and Responsibility

    Business Sucsess Division での募集となります。私たちは、将棋AIの開発を通じて蓄積された深層学習を含む機械学習によるAI関連手法を固有のコア技術としています。現在はこれらの技術を応用し、BtoBビジネスへ展開し、社会実装の実現と貢献に寄与しています。SMBC日興証券の株式ポートフォリオ診断サービスや、竹中工務店の空間診断サービスなどのDXを手掛けており、今後も様々な業界へ人工知能を活用したサービスを開発予定です。昨年5月に新設したSales&Marketing部では、既存顧客とのリレーション強化、及び新規顧客獲得に向けて課題解決型の提案活動を遂行しています。現在は、組織力強化の途上にありますが、来期計画を実現するために、即戦力となる営業要員の増員を行います。 個々のスキル・経験を生かし、裁量の大きい職務でやりがいのある職場です。 経営層との打合せも多く、経営観点でのスキルアップも可能な部門になります。

    【業務内容】

    ・エンタープライズ企業を対象とした既存・新規におけるフィールドセールス活動
    ・営業計画・方針に基づき、効果的な販促営業を推進し、収益増大に貢献
    ・企業のステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築し、継続的なビジネスを構築
    ・アカウントプランを作成し、推進、実行
    ・デリバリー部門と開発部門との連携したプロジェクト管理
    ・共通化した顧客の課題を発見し、ソリューション化するための情報収集とアイデア創出

    入社後は経験やスキルに合わせながら、記載の業務のみならず企画営業として幅広く業務をお任せしたいと考えております。

    「DX」がなかなか進まない日本企業。このままでは2025年に直面する危機を乗り越えることができないと、経済産業省も警鐘を鳴らしています。一部のDX先行企業による既存ビジネスモデルの破壊と再構築(デジタル・ディスラプション)が活発化しており、その結果、これまで市場を牽引してきた企業であっても、先進的なデジタル技術を取り入れた新規参入企業にシェアを奪われてしまうケースが多発しています。この市場の急速な変化に柔軟に対応するためには、既存のビジネスモデルに固執せず、競争力の強化に努めることが必要であり、そのためには「デジタル技術を最大限活用した変革」が必須となります。企業内のデジタライゼーションの壁を越えられず、何が課題なのかが明確に整理されていない企業に対し、当社は構想策定から伴走し、健全な競争力を見いだせる事業変革をAIによる力で実現し、企業のビジネス変革を目指します。

    • English This is a recruitment announcement for the Business Success Division. We consider AI-related techniques based on machine learning, including deep learning accumulated through the development of shogi AI, as our proprietary core technology. Currently, we are applying these technologies to expand into BtoB business and contribute to the realization and development of societal implementations. We are involved in digital transformation (DX) projects such as SMBC Nikko Securities' stock portfolio diagnosis service and Takenaka Corporation's spatial diagnosis service, and we have plans to develop AI-based services for various industries in the future. In the Sales & Marketing department, established in May last year, we are actively engaged in relationship strengthening with existing customers and solving challenges to acquire new customers. We are currently in the process of strengthening our organizational capabilities, and to achieve our next year's plan, we are planning to increase our sales force with experienced personnel. This is a workplace where you can use your individual skills and experience, with a high level of autonomy in your duties. There are also frequent meetings with the management team, offering opportunities for skill development from a management perspective. [Job Description]
      • Field sales activities for existing and new enterprise clients
      • Promote effective sales promotions based on sales plans and policies, contributing to revenue growth
      • Build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders to establish continuous business
      • Create and implement account plans
      • Project management in coordination with the delivery department and development department
      • Identify common customer issues and collect information and generate ideas for solution development

As a result, even companies that have traditionally led the market are losing market share to new entrants who incorporate advanced digital technologies. To adapt flexibly to the rapid changes in this market, it is essential to enhance competitiveness by embracing digital technology and not adhering rigidly to existing business models. For companies that are struggling to overcome internal barriers to digitization and have not clearly identified their challenges, we step in from the conceptualization stage and work alongside them. We aim to use the power of AI to realize business transformation, find sustainable competitiveness, and help companies in their business transformation.     Minimum Requirements

    ・BtoBにて、提案型営業経験4年以上に相当する経験(無形有形問わず)

    ・課題を特定し、示唆するヒアリング力、質問力

    ・エンゲージを高めるための関係構築力、柔軟な対応力

    ・IT基礎知識

    ・アカウントプランを立案・実行し、クローズする主体性をお持ちの方(セルフスターター)

    • English (We prioritize motivation, and it's not necessary to be proficient in everything.)
      • BtoB proposal sales experience equivalent to 4 years or more (regardless of tangible or intangible products/services).
      • Strong problem identification, insight, and questioning skills.
      • Ability to build relationships and flexibility in engagement to enhance client engagement.
      • Basic IT knowledge.
      • Ability to plan, execute, and close account plans, with a self-starter mindset.

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment type: Full Time

    Location: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo

    Annual Salary: 6,000, ,000,000 JPY ・Determined based on experience and skills

    ・Bonus paid twice a year (August and February)

    Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour break included)

    Telecommuting and flexible work hours are possible with prior application and approval (Core time 11:00-15:00)

    • Annual paid leave: 13 days after 6 months of continuous service (thereafter, the number of days will be increased according to the number of years of service with an upper limit of 23 days)
