職務内容
自社開発している決済サービスのプロダクトマネジメント。 顧客ニーズや市場のトレンドをもとに製品の戦略的方向性を定め、ビジネス目標を達成するために必要な機能を企画推進し、市場のトレンドに沿って製品を改善するためのロードマップ策定から、市場調査や顧客の声を基に製品の価値を最大化するための提案を行い、ビジネス/エンジニアチームと連携してプロダクトを成長させる。
【具体的な業務例】
決済端末をはじめモバイルアプリ、サーバーサイドのAPI、管理画面などもマネジメント範囲。 期待されるすべての業務をすぐにできる必要はなく、面接時に相談。

【採用の背景と期待役割】
プロダクトドリブンな事業サイクルを加速するため、FY23に組織を改編し、プロダクト部門を新設。 プロダクトブランドには新規事業を含めて複数のプロダクトがあり、プロダクトごとにプロダクトマネージャーを配置したいため増員募集。(携わるプロダクトは、スキルや経験、志向に合わせて相談可能。)
主にPMMやUIUXデザイナーとともに、新規事業の企画、既存プロダクト/事業のグロース、新規プロダクトの企画を推進していただくことを期待。 直近は、新規企画・開発中である、世界でも事例が少数の、進化した決済ソリューション(決済専用端末ではなくスマートデバイス上で動作するソフトウェアベースのプロダクト)や、実店舗で行われる対面決済とEC等のWeb上で行われる非対面決済を融合させたソリューションのプロジェクトにご参画いただき、リードしていただくこと。
