:About Organization
Solution Introduction Management Department is responsible for field trial operations when installing products and solutions during base station installation, and operations support system (OSS) support operations thatwe perform management taskas a series of projects.
This department handles a lot of projects, such as from big scale project with several years planning for company policy to middle scale one with several months and clarify the scope in advance for execution group to launch it.
Job duties
For concretely, make a promotion and set up scope of project under the following cycle.
1.Hearing the requirement
2.Maka a plan with included in schedule, technical matter, budget, etc to go for project.
3.Have a discussion with each related stakeholder and come to consensus.
4.Field trial execution andevolution oftrial result.
5.Task hand over to the execution group.
This position's role is as follows:
1.Various project managing with multiple process under the same time axis
2.Technical discussion with new product and new feature introduction, new solution.
3.Make a most suitable solution based on useful information from each related stakeholder and suggest, negotiate with them
4.Take a facilitator role in several meetings and drive a project closure to end
Minimum Qualification
[Required past experience]
1. Have an experience with system consultant in telecom infrastructure industry more than 3 years
or
(Take a lead such as new service design, planning, hypothesis testing, PoC etc)
2. Have an experience of project management
[Required competency]
1. Have broad imaginations to work beyond your role or responsibilities.
2. Passionately and actively work regardless of work orders from your boss.
3. Strong logical thinking skill with the ability to explain in easy-to-understand way.
4. Strong communication skills to accelerate the project by involving internal and external stake holders.
5. Have flexible ideas to work proactively even if unexpected things happen in the business circumstances.
Proffered Qualification
・Have experience and knowledge in business analysis, design experience, system architecture construction, etc. related to mobile communication systems.
・To have one certification among PMP / ITIL / JSTQB.

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
