- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data security principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a DG team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., APPI, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience with data governance tools and platforms.
- Certification in Data Management or related field.
