- Supervising and managing the Cybersecurity Operations team
- Developing and implementing strategies for protecting information systems and confidential data
- Ensuring the effectiveness of security measures and incident response
- Leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and planning and executing security initiatives
- Providing guidance and support to a team of cybersecurity experts
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of security operational processes (detection engineering, digital forensics, incident response, threat intelligence)
- Ensuring swift response and mitigation preparations for cybersecurity incidents
- Assessing and reporting cybersecurity risks and recommending appropriate measures
- Collaborating with other teams (security assurance, security infrastructure, cloud, BSS, OSS, management, stakeholders)
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 14-18 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5-8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on risk assessments and threat intelligence.
- Ability to adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies, staying current with industry trends and emerging risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field with 15 year or more of experience in Cyber Security domain.
- A master's degree is often preferred.
- Cloud Security experience in GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Knowledge of Containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience in responding to incidents in a Linux & Container environment
- Experience in the Telcom industry

Cyber Defense Operations Department is responsible to protect RMI's information systems, telco networks, and data from cyber threats. This involves detecting, responding to, and mitigating cyber attacks in real-time to minimize damage and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical assets.
Job Duties
As a Cyber Defense Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the organization's cybersecurity. This includes developing and implementing strategies to protect information systems and confidential data, managing security measures and incident response, and providing guidance and support to the team.
