:About Organization
We are part of the PSO Division within Rakuten Mobile Inc, and we function as a cross functional collaboration team developing and implementing Business Processes and Strategies for the Network Division.
The Team designs processes by leveraging Industry Best Practices, Benchmarking and Ideating with references to ITIL /eTOM frameworks.
e design & develop network and operation processes, enable process adoption and governance, life cycle management of processes and process digitization. Conduct periodic process audits & training.
We are also involved in risk assessment, problem solving, and analytical solutions to drive value for the organization. Team leverages the industry best practices, tools, and frameworks (eTOM, ITIL, etc.) to create the best-in-class processes and advisory solutions.
Job duties
Key responsibilities for Knowledge Management Specialist:
• Organize and categorize information effectively to enhance accessibility and usability.
• Curate and maintain a centralized repository of knowledge resources for accuracy and relevance.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer among teams to elevate organizational expertise.
• Utilize knowledge management tools to streamline information retrieval and dissemination.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within knowledge management practices.
Minimum Qualification
• 0-3 years in knowledge management
• 1+year in IT/Telecom industry
• Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems
• Basic understanding of information organization principles
• Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
Preferred Qualification
• Relevant certifications in knowledge management practices
• Stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Background in business and IT process excellence
• MBA from Tier 1 Institute
• Graduate in Engineering or equivalent from a top-tier college
