    ・Data analysis, and planning, verification, and improvement of new marketing measures based on the data analysis.
    ・Planning and execution of economic zone marketing in collaboration with Rakuten Group's businesses
    ・As a manager or leader, you will be responsible for setting KPIs for your organization and executing PDCA to achieve those KPIs.

    While you will be responsible for the above tasks, you may also be asked to take on cross-team projects in parallel.
    In addition, job rotation for the next step in the mid-to-long term is also expected.

    ■Requirements
    ・At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
    ・Experience in a leadership role within an organization of any size
    ・English proficiency of 800 or above in TOEIC or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years

    In addition to the above, experience in either (1), (2) or (3)
    1) Experience in leading projects in the digital marketing domain
    2) Experience in gaining some kind of insight through data analysis and linking it to action
    3) Experience in planning and implementing promotional measures such as campaigns

    ■Nice to have
    ・Experience in data analysis utilizing SQL and other tools
    ・Experience in initiating projects across multiple departments
    ・Experience in team management
