Description
/Role.This position is for service planning for Rakuten Pay App.
This position has both a business planning and PM/PdM role with a lot of discretionary power.
As a service planner, you will communicate closely with the development side, make revenue forecasts with business strategy and senior management as a decision maker for functions, make development decisions, create designs with the UIUX team, and plan and draft marketing plans with marketers after the release of functions. You will also work with the UIUX team to create designs, and with marketers to plan and draft marketing plans after the release of a feature.
Specific works will include
・Planning and drafting of new functions and measures for collaboration with Rakuten Group companies and others.
・Revenue calculation and ROI estimation
・Define detailed functional requirements together with development
・Lead projects
・Marketing promotion for each function after release

■Requirements
・Those who are interested in Rakuten Pay business and have high interest in the payment industry.
・Have experience using cashless services such as Rakuten Pay Apps.
・English proficiency of 800 or above in TOEIC, or motivation to obtain the equivalent score within 2 years.
■Other Required Experience/Skills
・Those who have experience in the payment industry (e.g., credit card companies, payment Sierra, payment agents)
・Those who have experience in the consulting industry in the financial or IT sector.
・Those who have experience in planning apps or web services as a product manager.
・Those who have experience in releasing new services (both for individuals and corporations).
・Experience or interest in working in an environment with a large number of foreign employees and using English.
