    ・The project team is responsible for the following tasks: -Concept development, strategy planning, execution, and effectiveness verification for new user acquisition, onboarding, and user's first use of the service, followed by improvement and structuring of the service. The project manager will be responsible for leading the project team to success.
    ・The successful candidate will lead the project team and lead the project management.

    ▼Specific duties
    ・Acquiring new customers through advertisements and promotions
    ・CRM and UX improvement proposals and activities
    ・Campaign planning

    ・Collaboration with other businesses within Rakuten Group and project lead
    ・Management and training of team members

    ■Requirements
    ・5+ years of digital marketing experience
    └Experience in CRM and promotion practices and management in a business company with toC services
    └Analysis and suggestions in promotions
    ・Experience in leadership roles within an organization, regardless of size
    ・Communication skills to collaborate with product department, designers, sales, and other Rakuten Group businesses
    ・English proficiency of 800 or above in TOEIC, or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years

    ■Nice to have
    ・Experience in integrated online and offline marketing
    ・Team management experience
    ・Project management experience
    ・Experience in big data analysis using SQL
    ・Experience in KPI design


    ・Able to think hypothetically and logically, and to formulate a hypothesis => execute => verify => systematize.
    ・Strong desire to achieve KPI even in difficult situations.
