- 仕事内容:以下のような業務を経理部門で分担して行っています(現在管理部長1名、実務担当者2名)。
まず月次決算までの流れを理解していただき、将来的には四半期・年度決算や開示書類の作成にも携わっていただきたいと考えています。
・日常経理事務(経費処理、請求書発行など)
・会計仕訳の入力(freee)
・月次・四半期・年度決算(連結・単体)
・決算開示書類の作成(決算短信、有価証券報告書など)
・予実管理、取締役会資料等の作成
・監査対応(依頼資料の準備など)
・各種税務処理(法人税、消費税など)
【変更の範囲】適性に応じて会社の指示する業務への異動を命じることがある - 必要な経験・能力:
・経理業務(日次業務、月次・四半期・年次決算、税務関連など)の経験
・上場企業における決算開示書類(決算短信、有価証券報告書等)作成の経験
・日商簿記2級相当の知識もしくは経験
・連結決算(親会社)の経験
・M&A等による会計統合のご経験(海外子会社だとなおよい)
・J-SOXの知識 - 語学力:不要
- 勤務地:東京都 静岡県
- 勤務時間:11:00~15:00
基本時間 05:00~22:00 - 休日・休暇:完全週休2日制(土 日 祝日)
- 想定年収:700万円~850万円
- 条件・手当等:業績に応じて年2回の支給機会あり
