Job Description
our Career
・国内の大企業に対するセキュリティプラットフォームの提案/販売を行うハイタッチ営業を5-6名統括するマネージャー業務です
・各営業が約70社前後の大企業を担当し、営業マネージャーとして420社前後のアカウントを担当します。各営業のテリトリープランをレビューし、ビジネスを最大化できるようサポートしていきます
・また重要商談については各営業のアカウントプランを一緒に策定し、具体的な商談を創出できるようサポートしていきます。
・新規顧客の開拓と既存顧客への提案に関する効果的なマーケティング施策やパートナーとのイニシアチブなどビジネス創出の責任を持ち、実行していただきます
・クライアントの課題やニーズを把握し、その課題解決方法を提案していきますが、お客様の状況把握や提案方法は常に変化を求められるため、新たな提案・アプローチの方法を生み出し、チーム全体に対して教育・育成の役割も担っていただきます
・課題解決方法はSE部門や製品部門の営業・SE、その他セキュリティ専門チーム等と協力しながら進めていきます
・商談の進捗はCRM上で逐次アップデートしていきます
・週次のフォーキャストミーティングでは四半期ベースの数字の管理を行います
・チーム内で頻繁に勉強会やディスカッションの機会を設けていますので情報発信や共有も行っていきます
Qualifications
【必須(MUST)】
・ハイタッチでの法人営業経験5年以上
・ITソリューションの販売経験5年以上
・ピープルマネジメントの経験2年以上
・お客様経営層や部長レベルとのリレーション構築能力
・プレゼンテーション力
・テリトリープランやアカウントプランなどのプランニング力
・四半期毎に設定される数字達成力
