    *本ポジションは、直接応募のみでの募集となります。当社採用ページより直接ご応募ください Talent Acquisition Specialist Report to: Talent Acquisition Lead, Japanシーメンスヘルスケアグループの採用担当者(リクルーター)として、中途採用、新卒採用全般を幅広くご担当いただきます。 業務内容: 当社が採用担当者に求めることは、ビジネスの事業戦略や課題をヒアリングし、事業戦略の実現可能性を高めるための人材を獲得することです。そのため、採用担当者は、戦略実現に向けて、求める人材像を明確にしながら、採用基準、選考プロセスや採用手法を決めています。 チーム構成: マネージャー1名、採用担当1名、コーディネーターおよびオペレーション担当2名チームとして、以下の業務についても携わっていただきます。
  • Diversity & Inclusion (多様性)のある採用活動の実現、改善
  • オンラインコンテンツの作成、採用イベントを通して採用ブランディングの強化
  • ダイレクトリクルーティング、社員紹介、直接応募を増やすことで、採用の質を向上
  • 活躍する人材の採用のためのデーター分析、採用基準の見直しや提案
  • 求めるスキル、ご経験
  • 3年以上の中途採用、新卒採用、人材紹介会社での関連経験、または人事担当者としてのご経験(ソーシングから採用決定まで関わった経験を重視しています)
  • 候補者体験(Candidate Experience)の向上において実務経験のある方
  • ハイアリングマネージャー、ステークホルダーと戦略的なコミュニケーションが行える交渉スキル
  • 言語スキル:日本語(ネイティブに近い流暢レベル);英語(会議で発言していただけるビジネスレベル)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop, execute, and refine recruitment strategies for diverse and inclusive hiring
  • Utilize advanced online sourcing methods, networking, and referrals to cultivate a robust talent pool
  • Pioneer innovative approaches to bolster candidate pipelines and elevate employer branding
  • Regularly leverage data insights and performance metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • Lead the offer process, including extending offers, conducting negotiations, and securing candidate commitments
  • Required Skills, Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience successfully managing recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Deliver exceptional support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Demonstrated capability to cultivate strong, productive relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Language skills: Japanese (Native-level); English (Business-level)
