- Manage full-cycle end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Develop, execute, and refine recruitment strategies for diverse and inclusive hiring
- Utilize advanced online sourcing methods, networking, and referrals to cultivate a robust talent pool
- Pioneer innovative approaches to bolster candidate pipelines and elevate employer branding
- Regularly leverage data insights and performance metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Lead the offer process, including extending offers, conducting negotiations, and securing candidate commitments Required Skills, Experience:
- 3+ years of experience successfully managing recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Deliver exceptional support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive candidate experience
- Demonstrated capability to cultivate strong, productive relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
