    This department is responsible for communicating the benefits of Rakuten Pay App products and services through advertisements, and leads the digital marketing area of Rakuten Pay.
    You will be responsible for the planning and execution of communication strategies based on the vision, and promote the expansion of business and users through PDCA cycle, regardless of direct or branded advertisements.

    ・Developing advertising strategies, implementing measures, analyzing, and reporting in the digital marketing area of Rakuten Pay.
    ・Build strong relationships with internal executives and advertising agencies to drive business growth
    ・Empower teams and departments to build a high-performing organization.
    ・Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key partner teams and departments.

    ■Requirements
    ・Experience in digital marketing department (5 years or more)
    ・Experience in planning and implementing communication strategies for the toC market.
    ・English proficiency of 800 or above in TOEIC or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within a certain period of time after joining the company

    ■Nice to have
    ・Experience in the app business, from acquisition strategy planning to execution.
    ・In-house digital advertising management experience (experience managing digital advertising by yourself without using an agency)
    ・Experience as a strategic planner at an ad agency
    ・Deep understanding of ad effectiveness measurement
    ・Experience in team management
