    Design and development, research and development work is a job that is needed in any era.

    [Job Description]

    You will be responsible for design and develop open application software and involve in a wide range of phases such as specification study, detailed design, programming, testing, debugging, and actual equipment testing, with a focus on business systems. *We will introduce you to the most suitable project after you enter the company, taking your wishes and interests into maximum consideration.

    [Project and case examples]

    • Web service development
    • Developing financial systems
    • Business system development for a major manufacturer
    • Medical system development, etc.

    *We always have 600 projects available, so we are sure to be able to fulfill your hopes and interests

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience in application (business software and web software) development, with at least 3 years of experience


    Preferred Requirements

    • Experience as PM/PL
    • Experience in training junior staff

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment type: Permanent / Contract

    Location: Nationwide (with transfers)

    • Kanto: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Yamanashi, Ibaraki, Tochigi
    • Tohoku: Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima
    • Tohoku: Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima ・Hokushinetsu: Nagano, Fukui
    • Tokai: Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Gifu
    • Kansai: Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hyogo, Shiga
    • Chugoku/Shikoku: Okayama, Hiroshima, Hiroshima, Shikoku
    • Kyushu: Saga, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Miyazaki, Oita, Kumamoto, Kagoshima

    *There is a choice of Contract Employee for those who cannot be transferred by any means or who cannot relocate

    • Monthly salary: 291,000 yen to 557,000 yen
    • Salary revision: Once a year *There is no bonus
    • The assumed annual salary of a full-time employee will be paid in 12 installments

    Annual Salary: 3.8M ~ 8.0M JPY

    • Salary revision: Once a year
    • Bonus : Twice a year

    Hours: 9:00 - 17:45 *Depends on the place of employment

    • Overtime: Approximately 25 hours per month
    • Two days off per week
    • National holidays
    • Seasonal vacation, Year-end and New Year holidays
    • Paid vacations (10 days after 6 months of employment to a maximum of 20 days)
    • Marriage leave, condolence leave, other special leave
    • 120 days of annual holidays

    Probation: 6 month
