本ポジションのソリューションアーキテクトが対面するお客様は、Eコマース、メディア、ゲーム、Ad Tech、HR Tech、Fin Tech、Sports など、様々な事業を展開されています。彼らはEarly Adoptorかつ高い技術力を持っており、最新のテクノロジーをいち早く取り入れている方々です。ソリューションアーキテクトとしてこういったお客様と一緒に新しい技術/事業を世に出していくことを通して、幅広い業界の知見と、あらゆるジャンル/規模のシステムアーキテクチャに対する知見を深めていただくことができます。
Key job responsibilities
- 大規模デジタルエンタープライズ企業にフォーカスし、アカウントチームにおける技術面のリーダーとして、AWSの価値訴求及び、AWSでの最適なアーキテクチャの提案・技術支援を提供すること
- AWSテクノロジのみならず、対面するお客様が利用するモダンなテクノロジのキャッチアップを継続し、お客様から技術的な課題を相談するに足る知識を備えたエンジニアであると認識いだけるよう活動すること
- お客様事例の公開、技術資料の公開、社内外でのイベント登壇を通じてマーケット全体に対してAWSというプラットフォームの可能性を伝えていくこと
- お客様のフィードバックをベースとしてAWSプラットフォームのさらなる改善や進化を促進していくこと
A day in the life
私たちは技術職として営業担当と密に連携しながら、お客様のエンジニア、業務部門、CxOをはじめとするエグゼクティブと会話し、現場が抱える技術課題、業務部門の新規ビジネスの課題、そして経営上の課題に向き合い、そして様々なソリューションを提案することでお客様のビジネス変革と成長、そして新たなビジネスでの成功に貢献する役割を担います。
日本はもとより世界中にいるソリューションアーキテクトの仲間の力も借りながら、アーキテクチャの策定やデモの作成、プロトタイピングなどを通じて具体的に実現へのステージを進めていきます。また、ワークスタイルは柔軟性が高く、お客様先でホワイトボーディングをすることもあれば、オンラインで打ち合わせをすることもあります。力を借りるだけでなく、あなたの専門性を用いて他チームのソリューションアーキテクトを支援することもあり、無数のコミュニケーションネットワークが日々生まれているダイナミックな職場です。
ソリューションアーキテクトはビジネス、製品、及び技術的なチャレンジに対して戦略的に考える確固たる能力が求められます。しかしながら、多岐に渡るお客様の技術/事業領域全てをカバーできるご経験は必要ありません。新しいチャレンジに喜びを感じ、常に学び続けていく姿勢をより重視します。
About the team
私たちは特定のお客様ごとにアカウントチーム体制を構成し、お客様担当営業、ソリューションアーキテクトに加え、各AWSサービスやインダストリーのスペシャリスト、各業界の専門知識者といったAWSグローバルのリソースと連携することで、お客様のビジネスへ貢献する活動に取り組んでいます。急成長・急拡大しているお客様が期待するビジネススピードをクラウドコンピューティングの力で実現するという新たなチャレンジを行い、お客様のビジネスの成長とともに自身の成長と成功体験を望んでいるメンバーが集まっています。
新しいメンバーの方には先輩社員がメンターとしてアサインされ、入社後数ヶ月の準備期間中にソリューションアーキテクトとして必要なトレーニングプログラムの受講、先輩社員に同行しソリューションアーキテクトの活動を現場で学ぶシャドーイングなどを通じ、活躍頂くための準備をサポートします。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- エンタープライズシステムおよびWebを中心とした高い技術力とデータ分析力を持ち、7年以上の開発またはコンサルティングの経験があること- 自社サービスまたは顧客サービスのシステムにおいて設計、開発、運用、移行などをリードした経験があること
- コミュニケーション能力(社内外の組織を超えて効率的に動く能力、的確な事象や背景、そして今後の進め方などを伝える能力)
- 日本語(ネイティブに近いもしくはネイティブレベル)及びビジネス英語(読み書き)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- エンタープライズ企業のデジタル化に携わった経験- エンジニアを統率するマネージャー経験
- プリセールス/コンサルタントとしての顧客支援経験
- クラウドサービスおよびモダンなソフトウェアを利用したアーキテクチャ設計スキル
- 大規模なクラウドの利用経験
- 英語(流暢なヒアリング/スピーキング)
