    What you'll do

    • Establish, develop and maintain strong executive level relationships across current and future industry-leading enterprise clients ( Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, High Tech, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Products and Financial Services) and partners, and be a leading industry voice within Digital Marketing.

    • Work with your Account Executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities, business models and channels to extend Adobe's market reach and drive new revenue, particularly focus on Top 10 ARR accounts which including the industry-leading enterprise running Global business.

    • Drive strong sales discipline via your team and ensure execution of sales leads, both self-sourced and via our Partner Sales teams and Marketing teams.

    • Help your team assess, clarify, and validate their prospect needs on an ongoing basis, and drive revenue growth of Digital Experience Solutions through solid pipeline management and team management.

    • Instill best practices for business development , account management as well as opportunity management.

    • Internal stakeholder management: Effectively co-work with business support teams, global peers and professional services teams.

    Skills Required

  • A passion for sales, very strong business development skills aligned with a strong and successful track record of enterprise solution sales with large size accounts > $750K. Ability to business conversation for business development.
  • Comprehensive view on deal strategy
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing sales or business development
  • experience working within a Global Account sales environment.
  • Established relationship with C-level contacts in clients and Global partners
  • Proven sales discipline with regards to account management, account planning , pipeline development, opportunity management, territory management, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of wide-range of Adobe's products and solutions including AEM is required.
  • Strong capability of team management & development
  • Fluency both in Japanese and English reading/writing skills required.
