:About Organization
E2E Performance & Capacity Division is responsible for ensuring Rakuten Mobile network End-to-End performance and/or capacity KPI are achieving the targets, providing the best customer experience, filing business requirement and align with Network Functions/Applications owners.
Job duties
As part of team "Network performance & Service analysis", you will be responsible to ensure Rakuten network is healthy, you will ensure that operating network (IMS domain) having good performance, you will discover opportunities for enhancements and drive stakeholders for the needed actions to reach objectives.
・Collect information from different data sources (EMS, Symworld etc), including probing tool (RADCOM) and perform analysis of the data to ensure solid performance status for the network.
・Own Network KPIs and discover new enhancements opportunities.
・E2E Troubleshooting capabilities (including wire shark analysis), to be able to lead joint discussions / investigations.
・ Initiate streams to enhance network quality key performance indicators.
・Create executive dashboards to be presented to management.
・ Assess new features/major activities from performance point of view and their effect on KPIs.
Minimum Qualification
・ +8 Years Experience in Telecommunication.
・Bachelors in Electronics & Telecom Field
・To have quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and able to assess complex issues to take the right decision and escalation.
・To be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility.
Preferred Qualification
・ CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)certification/Kubernetes knowledge
・ Any cloud certifications
・Project management experience
