- Überwachung und Lösen der Anwendungsprobleme und -vorfälle, Unterstützung und Anleitung für Benutzer und Entwickler
- Koordination der Lieferanten, Anbieter und Partner, um die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der Anwendungsdienste zu gewährleisten
- Definition und Überwachung der Anwendungssicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren sowie Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Privatsphäre Regeln
- Dokumentation und Reporting von Anwendungen
- Verbesserung des Anwendungsportfolios durch neue oder Änderungen an vorhandenen Lösungen/Technologien
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Anwendungsverwaltung,-entwicklung oder -administration
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse von verschiedenen Programmiersprachen, wie Javascript, C#, Python, PHP
- Erfahrung mit Web- und Cloud-basierten Anwendungen und Plattformen
- Kenntnisse der Anwendungssicherheit, des Datenschutzes und der Privatsphäre Best Practices
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Team- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Fließend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
