This is what you will do:This position performs, but not limited to, the contract supports administrative work on HCP / Patient Engagement event, creation of PSP/PMPrelated medical activities (i.e. material creation, website / application development etc.) . Communicate MA members and the internal stakeholder related contract(i.e. legal, finance, compliance) and external venders who provide support for our medical activities. In order to keep project on track, support medical lead / patient program department members on each indication. Some other administrative work exist such as receive package to MA member and inform it to the person concerned. This position requires skills to communicate well and discipline he/herself on time management and action task management.Also experience, knowledge and insight in overall process from initiation to close, to some extent, is necessary to appropriately manage progress and to anticipate risk of deviation.
You will be responsible for:
Administrative support using inhouse systems (purchasing, compliance, etc.)
Create documents according to the template��?Business consignment contract / business specifications / other contract documents��?Inhouse application documents (application for sealing, etc.)������������������������Preparation support for medical affairs lead events which engages HCP / Patient etc��?Communicate with internal and external parties, including the academic society secretariat��?Communication with the event company (venue arrangement, transportation, accommodation arrangement)��?Copying and shipping of eventrelated materials, etc.
