• English We are an AI venture founded in 2016 by a CEO and CTO from BCG. With the mission of "creating a new vision for all industries" and "connecting technology and business," the company uses machine learning technology to solve problems, jointly develop technologies, and support new businesses and company-wide DX promotion for core processes that are particularly unique and profitable in the business processes of client companies. We also provide support for new businesses and company-wide DX promotion. Specifically, we develop and provide tailor-made "custom AI" that solves issues that are difficult to solve with general-purpose or packaged products, armed with the two axes of "cutting-edge machine learning technology emanating from academia" and "understanding of business sites and the knowledge and know-how of AI implementation there. Our unique feature among many AI ventures is that we focus on "new business" and "research and development products for application to services" for our client companies. We work on many projects that create new value that does not currently exist and that are difficult to achieve with current efficiency and standardized solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

【業務詳細】
ソリューションデザイン部では、製造業、インフラ・建設業をはじめとした大手企業の新規事業部門、研究開発部門に対して、企画提案〜プロジェクト実行まで幅広い業務を実行しています。その中で、ソリューションデザイナはプロジェクト実行の中心となり、クライアント課題の特定、解決策となるAIの設計、技術メンバと連携したAI開発プロジェクトのマネジメントを遂行します。また、シニアメンバーの指導のもと、クライアント企業に対してプロジェクト企画提案にも関与します。

例えば、新規事業型テーマでは、クライアント事業のビジネス的な出口を考えながら、ビジネスのコアとしてのAIや入力データの仕様決定、実際のAI開発まで幅広い業務に関与します。

【職務内容】

AIプロジェクトの実行推進:
- プロジェクト企画・要件定義
- プロジェクトマネジメント
- エンジニアと連携した成果創出
- AIの学習結果、分析等のクライアントへの報告
- クライアントのデータの簡易的な分析(AIモデルの開発は社内の機械学習エンジニアが行うため、機械学習のコーディングは業務には含まれません)

AIプロジェクトの企画・提案セールス:
- クライアントへのプロジェクト提案・セールス活動(セールスのリードは問い合わせや紹介といったpull型営業が中心)
- クライアントへのヒアリングおよび施策の提案

• English Detail of work The Solution Design Department provides a wide range of services from planning and proposal to project execution for new business and R&D departments of major companies in the manufacturing, infrastructure, and construction industries. Solution designers play a central role in project execution, identifying client issues, designing AI solutions, and managing AI development projects in collaboration with technical members. Under the guidance of senior members, the Solution Designer will also be involved in project planning and proposals to client companies. For example, for a new business-type theme, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks from determining the specifications of AI and input data as the core of the business to the actual AI development, while considering the business exit of the client's business. Duties Promote the execution of AI projects
  • Project planning and requirement definition
  • Project management
  • Creation of results in collaboration with engineers
  • Reporting AI training results, analysis, etc. to the client
  • Simple analysis of client's data
  • AI model development is performed by in-house machine learning engineers, so machine learning coding is not part of the job)
  Planning and proposal sales of AI projects
  • Project proposals and sales activities for clients (Sales leads are mainly pull-type sales such as inquiries and referrals.)
  • Interviewing clients and proposing measures

Minimum Requirements

(1)戦略・業務コンサルティングファームでのクライアントワークのご経験
(2)事業会社におけるデータ活用にかかわる企画・事業開発のご経験
(3)機械学習の開発プロジェクトやデータサイエンス案件をプロジェクトマネージャーとしてリードしたご経験(AIベンチャー、大手コンサル、大手事業会社、大手SIerなどにおいて)

• English (1) Experience in client work at a strategy/business consulting firm (2) Experience in planning and business development related to data utilization at a business company (3) Experience in leading machine learning development projects or data science projects as a project manager (at an AI venture, major consulting firm, major business company, major SIer, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

・事業会社ボードメンバクラスに対する折衝・交渉のご経験
・事業会社における研究開発のご経験
・数学や統計学、データ分析に関する知識

• English ・Experience in negotiation and negotiation with board member level of a business company

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 9,000, ,500,000 JPY ・Determined based on skills, experience, and ability

・Includes a deemed overtime allowance of approximately 23 hours per month ・Bonuses twice a year (varies according to individual performance and company performance)

Hours: 09:45 - 18:30 (1 hour break included)
