- Involve in design, plan and management of Global Manufacturing solution
- Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
- Manage the requirements for business processes and data from system point of view in alignment with Global solution , legal & compliance requirements coming from all regions
- Be the guardian of the global solution for the standardization of MTE processes and data
- Approve-reject the Change request based on the business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression to other regions
- Collaborate with cross streams) for integration topic/solution
- Support the AMS team to resolve any major high priority/ critical incidents
- Execute the global standardization of the MTE (SAP PP/QM) Solution
- Communicate and regularly support the Global Business Process Lead, global business process experts across regions and with senior leadership in making operational decisions (including the associated business benefits).
- Support and approve solution change requests, enhancements, functional design specifications and technical design specifications. This also includes supporting and follow-up actions from Solution workshops
- Manage the change requests for global core functionalities and local requirements together with the GBPL
- Drive technical cutover and support go-live preparation and transition activities
- Understanding of Shiseido's current system related to MTE function
- More than 8 years of experience in SAP PP/QM and integration experience in areas such as Inventory Management, Batch Management /Shipping, MES systems and 3PL integration.

- Project Management and Coordination skills usable for virtual, cross cultural teams
- Able to solve complex, inter-related problems at a strategic level
- Ability to build successful working relationships with Director Level employees
- Recent hands-on MTE and / or Shop floor experience.
