- Classify the type of contribution received for The Rotary Foundation and process appropriate level of Recognitions.
- Contact donors and ensure contribution forms are accurate as needed.
- Locate, investigate, and correct any errors on the gift and recognition reports
- Others as requested The Public Interest Incorporated Foundation (PIIF) Rotary Foundation Japan
- Prepare scholarship documents, and create minutes for PIIF-Scholarship Selection Committee
- Assist PIIF scholarship operation and Record-keeping
- Prepares reports as requested by the Foundation Supervisor and Coordinators.
- Others as requested Others
- Responsible for timely and accurate responses to all written and verbal inquiries regarding Contributions, Recognitions, Polio and other TRF related matters.
- Provides administrative support to the Foundation Supervisor and Coordinators
- Provides information, knowledge and use of online tools to Rotary members, clubs, and districts about any TRF activities.
- Compiles and edit TRF Newsletter through Adestra.
- Assist Rotary members for expense statement.
- Proof Reading of Foundation documents.
- Other duties as assigned Leadership Attributes
