    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service, Associate to join our Depositary Receipt team. This role is located in Tokyo, Japan - Hybrid.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Contact the client or work with the business development or relationship management team to clarify needs. Focuses on building a strong relationship with client
  • Supports new business and ensures all client-related onboarding aspects are completed
  • Coordinates with internal business units to research and gather necessary information to execute the transactions. Supports legal/business reviews for all potential transactions
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

    • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in client service/client relationship management or related field is required
  • years of total work experience in client service at financial institutions preferred
  • Fluent in Japanese and Business level of English speaking skill required
  • At least, JSDA Certified Securities Broker Representative nd Class required
