- 社内業務プロセス改善を主導し、社内関連部署と協議や調整を行う
- 各種企画に必要な対外文書の整備、メンテナンスを行う
- 業界に関する法規制、業界団体のルール、公務員に関する知識、資材審査に関する知識を持ち、社内の実務プロセスを作成、改善を行う
- 医療用医薬品製造販売業公正取引協議会支部担当を担い、支部の情報を一元管理、社内発信をする
- 社内外のルールやプロセスについて、関連部門への研修を行う
- 企画内容に応じた申請、承認に関する検討及びそのマニュアルを整備する
- コンプライアンスのイントラネットページの管理運営を行う
- AZKK コンプライアンス部、法務部などと協業し、AZシステム・プロセスへの移行や統合をリードする
- 製薬企業での勤務経験 10年以上
- コンプライアンスまたはプロモーション審査経験 3年以上
- 製薬企業における営業経験
- 社内プロセス、システムの改善や新規導入プロジェクトの経験があれば尚良し
- 製薬会社を取り巻く法規制、特にプロモーションに関する法規制、業界規制についての知識がある
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint等の基本的なPCスキル必須 ※Excel関数に関する中級以上の知識があれば尚良し
- 英語でメールの読み書き程度が可能なことが望ましい
- 根拠に基づき、客観的かつ公正な判断ができる自信がある
- 各種企画に潜むリスクと外部顧客に対する影響を的確に評価し、必要な判断と措置(指導等を含む)を講じることができる

Position Summary
コマーシャルエクセレンス イベントオペレーションズは、アレクシオンで企画される医療従事者に関わる講演会、会議、宣伝・情報提供活動、ならびに宣伝資材などが適切に企画立案・作成・実施/使用されるよう、以下の業務を行う。
【イベント審査関連】医療従事者に関わる講演会、会議、宣伝・情報提供活動などがコンプライアンス基準に則り適切に運営されるよう、事前の内容確認・相談・承認を行う。また、社内ステークホルダーと医療従事者との関係が法規制、業界ルールに則って円滑に実施されるよう適切なサポートをするだけでなく、必要に応じて社内の管理体制、運用基準などの改善にむけた提案を行い、効率的かつ効果的な体制を通し、企業として社会に対する説明責任を確保できるようにする。
【資材審査関連】医療従事者用資材、患者用資材、一般用資材など各種資材について、社内関係部門と連携し、法規制、業界ルールに則って作成・発信されるよう審査・助言を行う。必要に応じて社内管理体制作りを推進する。
【業界団体・透明性ガイドライン】医療用医薬品製造販売業公正取引協議会とのコミュニケーション業務を行う。また、透明性ガイドラインへの対応のためのデータ収集体制の整備、収集されたデータの精査及び社外へ公開するデータの作成を主導する。
上記の業務においては、主に法務部、コンプライアンス部と協業して進める。
