  • 職務内容募集人が使用する営業支援システムの企画や営業部門の業務改善活動の推進システム開発に伴うビジネスケース作成に関連する業務システムインシデントの状況把握・関係部門への報告・収束に向けた活動
  • 求める経験営業戦略や営業企画部門での実務経験システム企画・要件定義にかかわる業務経験業務改善にかかわる経験(生保が望ましいが、他業種でも可)
  • スキルプロジェクトマネジメントスキル、コンサルティングスキル、コミュニケーションスキル(エグゼクティブとのコミュニケーション・各種ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション)システム開発経験(RPAやAccess・VBAなど)(尚可)
  • 語学力日本語: ネイティブレベル(日本語で各種コミュニケーションが取れるレベル)英語 : ビジネスレベル(ライティング必須・スピーキング・リスニングはできれば尚可)
