EC Solution Development Department provides development, operation and support of solutions for merchants.
Customer Success Section provides merchants with technical support and system consulting.
We are a group that provides system consulting for Merchant.
By using the RMS (ASP service) provided by Rakuten Ichiba to Merchant, Merchant can do EC business at Rakuten Ichiba.
However, Merchant has many issues (such as wanting to improve operations by linking with Rakuten) depending on the type of business and company size, and by supporting the resolution of these issues, we contribute to the sales of the Merchant.

Position Details
Receive consultation from the EC consultant in charge of the merchant.
We define their issue and problem through the interview on WebMTG, visit, telephone or mail.
We make a proposal to solve their issue and problem using our solutions (Web screen, FTP/CSV, API, notification) and partner's solution.
We provide technical support for the merchant and develop an integration or rethink their operations -Merchant -Shop owner and operator -Developer (In-house or outsource).
We will not do the project. We have contacts with many people inside and outside the company.
Work Environment
Members with various experiences are active regardless of whether they are new graduates or mid-career hires.
Examples of experience:
EC marketplace sales experience, EC marketplace planning experience, EC store management experience, business system development experience, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Communication ability to negotiate and form consensus with other departments and external parties
Can analyze operations from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, discover and solve problems
Take on challenges without fear of failure, without being bound by preconceived ideas
Experience of overcoming difficult situations with your own ideas and ability to execute (whether business or private)
Knowledge of computer systems
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building a system by combining packaged software and existing services
Requirement definition ability that can hear business requirements and incorporate them into system requirements and system specifications
System development and operation experience
Software and service sales experience
Strong interest in new web services, apps, and technologies
Rejoice in the growth and success of customers, and team members
Enjoy the ever-changing situation and be flexible in responding to changes
