RWAS(Real-World & Analytics Solutions)は医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータの解析・ソリューション構築と提供・研究支援事業および医療・ヘルスケアに特化した経営コンサルティング機能を有する組織です。
Medical Information Strategyは、国内外IQVIA Groupと協力した新規ソリューションの企画開発、リアルワールドデータをベースとした事業開発、自治体・医療機関・官公庁などへのサービス開発等を担当しています。
今回は、自治体・医療機関向けのプロダクト/ソリューション事業拡大のためTechnical Consultant /System Engineer職を募集します。
◆業務内容
社内外の複数の関係者とともに、医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータを活用したプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの開発と継続的な改善をリード頂きます。
•IQVIAの中長期戦略に基づいた、最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの実装(設計と開発)
•社内マネジメント層、顧客ステークホルダへの提案
•多様なステークホルダのビジネス要件をコントロールし、QCDを管理しながらプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの開発を実行◆応募要件
Musthave
・5年以上の医療情報システム(電子カルテ、PHR、地域医療連携システム、リアルワールドデータ等)のプロダクト/サービス開発(仕様策定/画面設計/業務フロー作成など)経験。ならびに顧客サイトにおいてのワーキング参加から要件定義などの上流フェーズ、並びにそれ以降の開発から定着化までの導入支援の経験。
・特定の任された範囲・モジュールに対して、対顧客の上流フェーズを1人で担当できる経験と能力。併せて、3-5名x12ヶ月程度の開発チームをリード、管理する能力
・3年以上の専門的な実務を経ている事。技術的なバックグラウンドがある事(例:設計・コーディング、データベース設計と導入、アーキテクチャ設計と構築等)
・最新のテクノロジーを採用したプロダクト/ソリューション/サービス開発に問題なく携わっていける高い技術力

・自治体ならびに公的病院に対して統合医療データベース、プラットフォームの提案、構築に関わった経験
・海外との英語でのコミュニケーション能力(バーバル/mail)とネイティブな日本語能力
・医療情報分野における国の実証実験や各種団体(JAMI、JAHISなど)への参加経験
・医療情報分野に関わる、各種データ交換規約(HL7 FHIR、DICOM)や、標準データコード(ICD10、HOT、JLAC10)、各種ガイドライン(3省2ガイドライン、個人情報保護法など)、データモデル(SDM, OMOP)に関する知識
・クラウドサービス(Azure/AWSなど)、データウェアハウス、データレイク、各種BIツールを用いた医療情報データの分析と環境構築の経験
