期待される職務ミッション:
•ADLのマネージャーは、ケースリーダーとしてクライアント・プロジェクト全般の運営を担うとともに、ケースチームとしての仮説構築、統合的戦略示唆の見出し、一貫したストーリーとして"チャレンジング" かつ "実現可能な" 戦略提言を最終的に取り纏めて提示する役割を持ちます。
•ケースメンバーに対する指示・指導に加え、個々のメンバーの能力・状況に応じた成長の支援、およびメンバーの適正な労務負荷のコントロールに気を配ることも期待されます。
•クライアント側のプロジェクト・リーダーに対するコミュニケーションに加え、マネジメント層に対する意思疎通を図り、継続的なクライアント・リレーションシップの醸成・維持に貢献するとともに、継続プロジェクトに関するクライアント要望にもとづく提案の実施を行います。

マネージャーの具体的業務役割は主に以下の通りです。
•プロジェクト全体に関するワーク設計および管理
•戦略示唆の統合および一貫した戦略ストーリーとしての提言実施
•クライアンミーティングでのプレゼンテーション
•クライアント・マネジメント層への適宜コミュニケーション
•配下メンバーへの指示・指導・労務負荷コントロール
•継続クライアントの満足度維持と機会に応じ後続プロジェクトの提案
•クライアント・プロジェクトに加え、プロジェクト提案、各種オフィス・マネジメント活動への参画などの貢献も期待されます。
スキル・能力要件:
•大学・大学院の卒業・修了資格(学士 / 修士以上)
•実務経験における特筆すべき優れた成果
•問題解決能力 – 論理的思考力に加え、ものごとの本質を捉える力
•コミュニケーション能力 – 人の話をよく聞き、趣意を感じ取ることのできる力
