- ターゲットとなる不動産会社へのアウトリーチ戦略の策定と実行
- ディレクターを補佐し、ブローカーとの紹介ミーティングを予約し、顧客リストを作成する。
- プレゼンテーション、ブローカーとの契約、イベントなど対面でのミーティングを実施し、WeWorkの製品およびサービスをDirectorに提唱する
- ベンチマークプロセスを管理し、結果を示すためにクライアントと見込み客のレポートを作成する。
- ブローカーと不動産関連のPR、マーケティング、デザインイニシアチブのサポートを必要に応じて提供する。
- 関連業界内の主要なコンタクト先とネットワークを構築し、コンタクトベースを拡大する
- 必要に応じて、月次、四半期、年次の各種レポートを作成し、ディレクターのレビューを受ける
- 常に高いレベルの顧客・会員満足度を維持すること
- 日本語とビジネスレベルの英語に堪能であること
- リレーションシップ・マネジメントとビジネス・ディベロップメントに関する3年以上の専門的な経験
- 商業用不動産の経験があれば尚可
- 優れた対人能力およびコミュニケーション能力
- 創造的思考と柔軟性 — マルチタスク能力と、速いペースで進む環境でのプレッシャーへの対応力
