- Growth Partnerships (仲介営業部) ターゲットとなる不動産仲介会社へのアウトリーチ戦略の策定と実行 仲介会社との定例ミーティングの実施と関係構築による見込み案件の創出及びマーケット情報のリサーチ ブローカー及び見込み顧客への内覧及びプレゼンテーションの実施、契約トランザクションのクロージング業務までを行う ブローカーと不動産関連のPR、マーケティング、デザインイニシアチブのサポートを必要に応じて提供する 関連業界内の主要なコンタクト先とネットワークを構築し、コンタクトベースを拡大する 必要に応じて、月次、四半期、年次の各種レポート作成を行い、ディレクター及びリーダーシップへのレポーティング
- 5~7年以上の関連業務経験
- 日本での商業用不動産に関する豊富な経験と深い理解
- エンド・ツー・エンドの取引交渉および不動産ポートフォリオ管理に関する幅広い知識と交渉スキル (不動産部)
- ディール・エコノミクスに関する深い理解と経験 (不動産部)
- 人材および業績管理に関する過去の経験、他者を育成する能力
