    Field Service Engineer

    Job Description

    医療機器(人工呼吸器など)の点検、修理などをメインに担当し、医療関係者と患者の方々が安心して当社製品をお使いいただけるようサービス提供をするカスタマーサポートポジションです。技術者として、お客様に質の高いサービス提供を行うことを目標に継続的にレベルアップして頂ける方のご応募をお待ちしております。

    仕事内容
    1. 医療機器の定期点検・修理作業
    2. 顧客の問題を迅速かつ効果的にエスカレーションする
    3. 顧客・社内への迅速な報告・提案を実施する
    4. エンジニアの業務に必要な技術・調査報告書作成スキルと知識を育成する
    5. 担当機器の技術力向上に継続的に取り組む
    6. 品質方針に基づいて特定された機器の安全性の問題を報告する
    7. 保守パーツの在庫管理、発注を行う。

    応募資格
    【必須(MUST)】
    ■以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
    ・大学の理系学部、専門学校、高専、工業高校などで電気・電子・機械・医療技術関連のいずれかを専攻していた方
    ・社会人でも技術的な基礎知識を用いて従事されていた方
    ■語学力
    ・日本語(ネイティブレベル)
    ・英語力は特に求めませんが、一般レベル(高校学習程度)の英語力は必要となるので英語にそこまでの抵抗がない方
    ■その他
    ・高度な技能は求めませんが、WORD、EXCELを利用した経験があり、最低限の報告書作成のための文章作成スキルのある方
    【歓迎(WANT)】
    ・フィールドサービスエンジニア/テクニシャンの経験があればなお可
    ・技術的なカスタマーサポート経験あればなお可

    労働条件
    【契約期間】期間の定めなし
    【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月)
    【就業場所】日本全国 (基本的には川越)
    【就業時間】9:00~17:30 ※フレックス制度の対象となります。(コアタイムなし)
    【休憩時間】原則として 12:00~13:00
    【休日】毎週土(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12 月 29 日~1 月 4 日)
    【休暇】年次有給休暇 初年度最大 20 日間付与(入社月によって変動あり)、Care Leave(年間最大 10 日間付与)、Sick Leave ほか
    【時間外労働】あり ※通常残業 20~60 時間ほど
    【加入保険】社会保険(厚生年金保険、健康保険)・労働保険(雇用保険、労災保険)
