- エイジェンシーリーダー向けトレーニングの企画・運営
- リーダー職を育成するという人材育成がタスクであり、リーダーシップ・マネジメント手法を深く身に付けることができ、自身の成長を加速すことができる。
- 日々、新しい運営手法を模索している部署であり、自分の考えた新たで斬新な手法にチャレンジすることを互いに評価する風土がある。
- 1対1・1対多などの様々な研修実施機会を通して、効果的なコミュニケーション手法(指導/コーチング/フィードバック方法)等を身に付けることができる。
- 担当したリーダー候補と二人三脚でリーダー任用に向けて成長をサポートすることで、リーダー候補や関係者から感謝され達成感を日々味わうことができる
- 3年程度の業務/実務経験あるいは同等レベルのスキル
- 生命保険業界における勤務経験 または 研修部門/トレーナー/コーチング等の業務経験がある方
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel/PPTによる資料作成等)
- 高いコミュニケーション力と機動力
- 勤務地は東京。入社後に首都圏・大阪・名古屋・福岡への転勤可能性あり
- 生命保険会社における トレーナー経験
- 生命保険 直販営業経験・代理店営業経験
- 営業経験・営業管理職経験(業界問わず、金融機関出身者 尚可)
- 自らの成長意欲があること
