Roles and Responsibility

部局・ユニットについて:

データ制作部は、当社独自開発の小型SAR(合成開口レーダ)衛星「ストリックス」シリーズの衛星運用、画像データの制作、配信を担当しています。

衛星運用計画部門は、衛星の運用計画を管理し、最新の運用計画に基づいて衛星に対するコマンドを作成し、生成されたコマンドを衛星制御システムに登録する責任を負います。このユニットは、作業を遂行するためにいくつかの重要なデータを管理する責任もあります。

責任:

データ制作部の一員として、小型SAR衛星群「StriX」シリーズの探査機制御サブシステムの開発・運用プロジェクトに参加していただきます。宇宙船制御サブシステムは、衛星群を運用するためのサブシステムの 1 つです。

仕事の詳細:

このサブシステムの役割は、衛星の運用計画の作成、衛星へのコマンドの生成、過去や未来の軌道情報など衛星固有の情報の計算などです。

自社システム開発ですので、開発だけでなく運用も行い、将来の機能追加や改善も行います。

宇宙船制御サブシステムは既に衛星運用に 24 時間 365 日使用されているため、このシステムへの品質保証活動の導入/更新もこのポジションの目的です。

データ制作部の内部

• EnglishDepartment/Unit Overview: The Data Production Department is responsible for the operation, image data production, and distribution of our proprietary small SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite series "StriX." The Satellite Operations Planning Division manages satellite operation plans, creates commands for satellites based on the latest operation plans, and registers generated commands in the satellite control system. This unit also has the responsibility of managing several crucial pieces of data to carry out its work. Responsibilities: As a member of the Data Production Department, you will participate in the development and operation project of the probe control subsystem of the small SAR satellite group "StriX" series. The spacecraft control subsystem is one of the subsystems for operating the satellite group. Specific Tasks: The role of this subsystem includes creating satellite operation plans, generating commands for satellites, and calculating satellite-specific information such as past and future orbit information. Since it is an in-house system development, both development and operation are conducted, with future feature additions and improvements also planned. Since the spacecraft control subsystem is already used for satellite operations 24/7, introducing/updating quality assurance activities for this system is also the purpose of this position. Role Highlights:
  • You will be involved in the development and maintenance of such a critical subsystem for everyday satellite operations.
  • Additionally, by developing and maintaining the subsystem, you will also contribute to the core of our business by interacting with our data processing subsystem, which is used as the front end to customers and interacts with the data processing subsystem that generates our data platform and SAR products.
  Currently, we are rapidly expanding our satellite group and require more stable efforts to operate satellites with less individual effort. Achieving these conditions will allow you to demonstrate and grow your skills. Scope of Changes: Within the Data Production Department

Minimum Requirements

• GCPまたはAWSでのシステム開発経験のある方。
• 3名以上のメンバーでの開発経験
• Go を使用した 3 年間の開発経験
  • マイクロサービス ベースのアーキテクチャのコンテキストで、Go で gRPC または RESTful API バックエンド ワークロードを構築した経験。
  • Go の同時実行パターンに関する強力な専門知識を持っている。
  • Go のさまざまな種類のソフトウェア アーキテクチャ パターン (クリーン アーキテクチャなど) をよく理解している。
• 書き言葉と話し言葉の両方で英語でのコミュニケーションに慣れている。
• 東京本社まで通勤可能。

  • Experience in system development on GCP or AWS.
  • Experience in development with a team of three or more members.
  • Three years of development experience using Go.
    • Experience building gRPC or RESTful API backend workloads with Go in the context of microservices-based architecture.
    • Strong expertise in Go's concurrency patterns.
    • Well-understanding of various types of software architecture patterns in Go (such as clean architecture).
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English communication.
  • Able to commute to the Tokyo headquarters.

Preferred Requirements

• 宇宙領域での勤務経験(地上システム開発が最適)。
• Pythonでの開発経験がある方。
  • Django および Celery を使用したアプリの構築経験が望ましい。
• システム開発のリーダーまたはサブリーダーとして活躍。
• プロジェクトへの品質保証(CI/CD、結合テスト、システムテスト)の導入経験。

  • Work experience in the space domain (preferably ground system development).
  • Experience in development with Python.
    • Experience building apps using Django and Celery is desirable.
  • Experience as a leader or sub-leader in system development.
  • Experience introducing quality assurance to projects (CI/CD, integration testing, system testing).

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

Hours: Flextime system

• Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
• 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
• 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.
