- EnglishDepartment/Unit Overview: The Administration Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds working across the head office, factories, and overseas branches. Each unit collaborates on tasks such as IPO preparations and branch establishment. The department consists of 20 members in total, with the Security & IT Unit comprising three members. With an increase in the number of employees, we are looking for someone to provide operational support for information systems at the head office. Responsibilities: Supporting the operation of information systems, including:
- Handling inquiries and analysis
- Account and device management
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
- Considering and implementing cloud services (adjustable based on skills)
- Creating manuals and procedures
- The workload is approximately 8 hours per day (minimum of 4 hours also acceptable), with flexible adjustments (part-time, specified weekday attendance, primarily onsite support).

Roles and Responsibility
【部門・ユニット】管理部は本社、工場、海外支店に勤務される、多様なバックグラウンドをもつ従業員を横断して支えている部門です。
各ユニット、IPOの準備や支店設立など協力して行っています。
人数構成は、管理部全体で20名、その中のセキュリティ&ITユニットは3名です。社員数増加に伴い、本社にて情報システムの運用サポートを行ってくれる方を探しています。
