    ■責任
    ・コンプライアンス・マネジメントと協力し、会社の活動が法律および規制要件に準拠していることを確認する。
    ・ガイドラインのモニタリング、個人取引、贈答・接待のモニタリング、AML、マーケティング資料のレビューなど
    (ただしこれらに限定されない)、主要なコントロールの日常管理の監督を行う。
    ・規制当局への届出および報告
    ・社内方針および手続きの見直し
    ・コンプライアンス研修の実施
    ・コンプライアンス関連業務のサポート

    ■求める経験
    ・金融業界での4~8年のコンプライアンス経験
    ・資産運用業務に関する知識が(尚可)
    ・適用される規制環境に関する知識が(尚可)
    ・投資コンプライアンス・モニタリングの経験(尚可)
    ・コンプライアンス分野でキャリアを積みたい意欲的な方を歓迎。

    ■必要とするスキル
    ・複数のタスクを処理し、チームの一員としてプレッシャーの下で働く能力
    ・優れた対人能力、組織力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力、論理的思考能力
    ・ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
    ・ビジネスアプリケーションに精通していること(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)

    ■応募資格
    大卒以上

    ■言語

    日本語:ネイティブ

    英語: ビジネスレベル

    ■ Responsibilities:

    • Work with Compliance management to ensure that the company's activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide oversight of day-to-day administration of key controls including but not limited to guidelines monitoring, personal trading, gift and entertainment monitoring, AML, and marketing material review.
    • Handle regulatory filing and reporting.
    • Review internal policies and procedures.
    • Provide compliance trainings initiatives
    • Support compliance-related tasks

    ■ Experience:

    • 4-8 years compliance experience in the financial industry
    • Knowledge of asset management business is desirable
    • Knowledge of applicable regulatory environment is an advantage
    • Experience of investment compliance monitoring is a plus
    • Will consider highly motivated candidates who would like to pursue career in Compliance

    ■ Skills:

    • Ability to handle multiple task and work under pressure as part of a team
    • Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Business level English skill
    • Proficiency in business applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

    ■ Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above

    ■ Language:

    • Japanese: Native, English: Business
