Amazonの自社輸送網において、全国にある大規模配送拠点と、お荷物の最終集約地である配送拠点の中継地となる拠点です。お客様への配送スピードを担保しながらより効率的に輸送できるよう、荷物の仕分けを行っています。
Key job responsibilities
社内関係部門(事業計画部門、輸送ネットワーク計画・運用部門、システム開発部門、財務部門など)に加え、様々な取引先企業と協調しながら、アマゾンジャパンの成長を支えるソートセンターの新規立ち上げ、運営管理、中長期事業戦略策定を行います。
■ソートセンター立ち上げ■
事業計画部門と連携して企画したソートセンターの新規立ち上げを推進します。
‐ 3PL業者の選定
‐ 立ち上げ実現のために、関係部門とのコミュニケーション、スケジュール管理
‐ コスト設計・サービスレベル設計及び契約締結
■ソートセンター運営管理■
ソートセンター運営に関わるプロジェクトの推進を行い、主にコスト管理・契約管理の観点で関係部門と協力しながら全体最適を目指してタスクを推進します。
‐ ソートセンターを実際に運営する3PL業者と連携した品質・コスト・サービスレベルの管理、契約交渉・改定
‐ ソートセンターオペレーションに影響する輸送ネットワーク変更等の様々なプロジェクト業務の推進
■ソートセンターの中長期事業戦略策定■
ソートセンターの中長期課題・リスクを分析し、対応方針の立案から実行までを推進します。
‐ 安定的な労働力調達実現にむけた戦略構築
‐ 社内外との協業によるソートセンターリソースの活用検討

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 社会人経験3年以上- 物流関連プロジェクト、もしくは、コンサルティングファームや事業会社におけるプロジェクトマネジメントや 定量的な分析を基にしたKPI設定やプロセス改善経験
- 外部業者との折衝経験(契約締結、単価交渉等)
- MS Office基本レベル以上、特にMS Excelは基本的な関数が使えること
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学での学士号- 物流・運輸・流通分野における5年以上のマネジメント経験(ベンダーマネジメント、トラブルシューティングを含む)
- 3人以上のチームマネジメント経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き、会話 / 目安:TOEIC 600点以上程度)
