- Support Director /Assistant Director/ Manager as the client's sole hotel liaison to all hotel divisions to arrange and support corporate and group bookings, events, and meetings.
- Provide administration support for the Bridal and Event Management team target the solicitation of business from the general public to achieve annual Banquet revenue target.
- Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) software experience required.
- Understanding of MICE/ Events process and execution. Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Over 3 years experiences in Hotel or Meeting industry
- Excellence Japanese speaking, writing and presentation skills. Good to have reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
