- 潜在メンバーに対してオフィスツアーおよびフォローアップを実施し、新規メンバー契約締結およびアップセルに繋げる
- セールスチームと連携し、メンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーションを実現する
- メンバーのニーズに基づいたイベントの企画および運営をサポートする
- ベンダーの管理、最高レベルのサービスを提供する
- コストやプロセスの効率化ついて拠点長に周知する
- チームメンバーの研修を行い、サポートをする
- 最高レベルのサービス保証をするため、Salesforce Service Cloudチケットの管理を行い、またチケット対応に限らず常にタイムリーにメンバーの問題解決をする
- 拠点の日々の始業及び終業に責任を持ち、毎日の目標とスケジューリングを管理する
- メンバーが最高レベルの経験を堪能できるよう 、ビルの全体的なビジネス戦略において拠点長をサポートする

- フィードバックやコーチングによりチームメンバーの成長をサポートし、指導する

- 1年以上のコミュニティ・アソシエイト以上での実務経験
- 学士号もしくは同等の学位
- WeWork のミッションおよびビジョンに心から共感できること
- スタートアップコミュニティに対する情熱・理解があること

- ビジネスオペレーション経験
- B to Bビジネス、ホスピタリティまたは小売業での2年以上のオペレーション経験(さらにイベントまたはセールス経験があると理想的)
- カスタマーサービスおよび/またはセールス経験
- 相手の求めていることを素早く察知することが出来る高いホスピタリティ能力
- 複数の業務を迅速にゼロから終わりまで同時に処理する優れた能力
- 優れた対人スキルおよびネットワーキングスキル
