Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team as the product expert of Tencent Cloud Media Service products. Analyze the technical architecture of the client's media business and provide technical support for professional media solutions and PoC verification services to achieve product revenue targets.
2. Organize media solutions for various industry scenarios, combine industry needs and the characteristics of Tencent Cloud Media Service products, sort out solutions to help customers realize their needs and values, and pass effective product needs to the backend product development team.
3. Actively cooperate with channel and marketing teams to strengthen the empowerment training and technical support of Tencent Cloud ecosystem partners. Participate in public online and offline product/industry public speeches, share product capabilities, industry experience and insights, and enhance the influence of Tencent Cloud Media Service.

Requirements:

1. Three or more years of work experience, bachelor's degree or above, computer science related major.
2. Excellent Chinese and Japanese skills, fluent communication, public speaking, and proposal document writing skills.
3. Familiar with the media technology field, such as live broadcasting, encoding and decoding, network transmission, and other related technologies.
4. Good at customer-oriented work, good customer service awareness, and the ability to communicate with technical leaders.
