- 社内テクノロジーに精通し、ビジネスニーズに対応するためのデータの抽出・分析を実行する
- グローバルチームと連携し、日本チームのニーズと市場のダイナミクスに基づいて、ツールやプロセスの最適化を実現する
- Salesforce, Tableauの活用スキルへの意欲
- Google SpreadSheet (or Microsoft Excel)の活用スキル
- ビジネスの洞察力とマーケティングの知識と経験、もしくは営業経験
- 口頭・書面による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 日常会話での英語スキル及びビジネスレベルの日本語話者
- セールスのオペレーション組織で1年以上の経験
- 組織のオペレーション業務改善の経験
- 複数部署が関わるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- Google App Script, Pythonが活用スキル
- 前向きで、責任感があり、結果重視、プロアクティブに業務をやり遂げられる人物
- プロセスの最適化や、迅速さを求め、事業を促進する人物
