- Responsible for developing and implementing business development plan that is aligned with overall corporate vision, strategy and targets of transportation business.
- To continuously leads and improves overall account performance through the monitoring of the consistency of the key performance indicators that are mutually agreed with the customers and the respective accounts managers.
- To manage customer relationship with the aim of improving existing customer satisfaction and account profitability throughout the region.
- To build and develop our network of Trucking transportation vendor management and relationship, and further drive service level support through effective operations coordination with our transportation partners.
- To build market and competitor intelligence for the respective areas and provide timely reporting to senior leadership team.
- Any other duties as assigned by the report manager from time to time.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Transportation
- Experience on transport network design
- Sales Driven and leadership quality are mandatory
- Outgoing disposition, customer oriented with high level of drive to excel
- Solid team player and strong collaborator
- Customer focused mindset and passion for results
- Experienced in a fast paced, high intensity solution sales environment
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Business level of Japanese language proficiency and Fluency in English
